probably the same things as most other companies
A more cooperative message and department goal between team managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I no longer have to drive to the office
Success sharing for every associate in the store every 6 months if store meets or exceeds sales plan
The money, although stocks are nice
Good package as Lee the market
the best part of the compensation package were the raises and bonuses

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They’re awesome, amazing, willing to help
Team managers could allow more individual freedom in which job tools their team members choose to use and allowing all team members access to the same tools. Managers should not be micromanaging individuals to the point of telling them how many monitors they can use.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customer first demeanor used
Culture is very good Ethics
everyone made going to work pleasant
it is positive and i like that there are few employees so there is little drama or gosssip
Encouraging employees to speak up when errors are found in tools or procedures and promoting creative resolutions to better customer/employee interactions.
