What is the best part about your compensation package?

In addition to my base pay, I receive a stipend for health and fitness, and options in the company which allow me to be invested in the future successes of the company.

The benchmarking is limited to a certain level and to some roles. Not every role is benchmarked regularly. Unfortunately some of us feel left out.
