So far it has been the best experience I have ever had at a company. The ambition is large, the way of working is open-minded, forward thinking and creative - and most of all, despite the lofty ambitions we have, everyone leads without ego and puts kindness at the forefront.

I'm extremely grateful to be working with this team. It's exciting to come to work every day and I know I'm expected to deliver results because my coworkers are doing the same every day.

The benchmarking is limited to a certain level and to some roles. Not every role is benchmarked regularly. Unfortunately some of us feel left out.

A yes/no question doesn’t allow any nuance. I would want to see greater transparency about pay, or pay bands, across the whole org

I find different departments to be somewhat unwilling to help cross-functionally. Perhaps everyone has so much to do that they don't have time and space, but it feels like a less collaborative environment than i'm used to
