What are some of the best things about your team?
They are creative, and work without ego. They are very good at balancing their social and work lives, and take interest in you as a person outside of the workplace. Overall, they are extremely kind and I respect each and every one of them.
Everyone is exceptionally intelligent. Every single person I have met at the firm is a genius at something. It's just a matter of finding out what that thing is.

Everyone is really kind and intellectually honest with each other.
My team is small but mighty. We each bring a core group of skills to the group, overlap enough that we can communicate well, and those skills fit together pretty nicely. I feel like I am using my whole brain, and we challenge each other (in a nice way).

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I find different departments to be somewhat unwilling to help cross-functionally. Perhaps everyone has so much to do that they don't have time and space, but it feels like a less collaborative environment than i'm used to
