So far so good, like any company there is always room for improvement but i feel what's been achieved so far is brilliant

I feel i could be more involved with the company.

The people i work with or interact with have been great. Always there to help.

Being able to get on with task's and having the freedom to get my job done without interference
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel people are all involved but i think more can be done. I feel offsites could be more equal.
