Having had pretty terrible experiences at other companies, I have in a way been "on alert" against potential dangers ("If I don't do a good job I'll be heavily reprimanded or fired" for example) and Delphia has consistently assuaged those anxieties time and time again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super helpful and friendly and has a "we're all in this together" attitude. When something breaks in production, there is no blaming or discipline, just "lets fix this together and have fun doing it"
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing good work (and its REALLY great when people give kudos about it, but that's not WHY I do it - it does make me happy though). Feeling united as a team to solve hard problems (including in interviewing candidates)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team, especially Joe and Corey, do an absolutely incredible job of fostering a feeling of safety and belonging, helping to assuage anxieties and imposter syndrome, and all around helping me feel good about my own contribution to this company
