They are experts in different areas and seem to have respect, despite disagreements, for each other. People challenge each other, which is healthy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I find different departments to be somewhat unwilling to help cross-functionally. Perhaps everyone has so much to do that they don't have time and space, but it feels like a less collaborative environment than i'm used to
