I started about 3 weeks ago. My first day was at a strategic offsite where I got to know my new colleagues really really well. The mission we are on is complex and challenging, all of us bring something to the table to help us get there. I immediately felt at home and am excited for the future.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interesting work I am doing, and the smart and dedicated people I get to do it with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is very competitive with market rates. I feel motivated to "earn my keep" and do what it takes to help Delphia achieve our mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how members care about each other and that we maintain a safe place where anyone can add their two cents. It is a smart group of people, and we are on a super important mission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a psychologically safe environment where we can challenge each other. New ideas are welcomed and the expectation is that great ideas can come from anywhere. Many of us are new, but the hiring process does a great job of maintaining this core culture and environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small but mighty. We each bring a core group of skills to the group, overlap enough that we can communicate well, and those skills fit together pretty nicely. I feel like I am using my whole brain, and we challenge each other (in a nice way).
