I enjoy tackling and solving complex problems and using technology to improve the quality of our products and/or the quality of the work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could be making more at other larger companies, but I'm hopeful that sticking around here will pay off. Plus I like the smaller company environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
People are given freedom to live their lives and work, the environment is chill and friendly without excessive oversight. Andrew and Cameron are very approachable and friendly.
