The benchmarking is limited to a certain level and to some roles. Not every role is benchmarked regularly. Unfortunately some of us feel left out.

I feel i could be more involved with the company.

A yes/no question doesn’t allow any nuance. I would want to see greater transparency about pay, or pay bands, across the whole org

I could be making more at other larger companies, but I'm hopeful that sticking around here will pay off. Plus I like the smaller company environment.

I find different departments to be somewhat unwilling to help cross-functionally. Perhaps everyone has so much to do that they don't have time and space, but it feels like a less collaborative environment than i'm used to
