What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership that I have worked under for the past year has been the best team I have had in my 20 year career. They are understanding, driven and hands on when you need them. They understand the market, our company and what needs to be done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Strategic vision and alignment, customer success, people engagement and developing processes to develop, retain talent. Implement people development frameworks to keep people engaged and growing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
% of commission is above industry
It is extreamly aggressive. I am expected to work hard but I am directly compensated for the effort I put in. "The Juice is well worth the Squeeze".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do very challenging work, therefore we should be paid highest in industry

Delphix request a lot in results perspective, but didn't play fairly giving the exchange by the result achieved.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart people who are driven towards achieving success
Open and Honest. Say what we mean and do what we say. #OneTeam. Everybody works to get the job done. I have not heard, "It's not my job" since I have been here. Just awesome.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all row together. I don't think there is one person here that doesn't want to do all they can to drive the company and the business forward. The culture is to serve the customer and by doing so make sure you are good to your team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The beauracracy among the leadership affects the overall success of customers and ultimately the company
What did you like most about the interview process?
Talking to cross functional team members
Very personal. It is not regimented, it is person to person discussions with folks trying to learn who you are and if you will succeed at the company. Will you fit the culture and be a productive member of the team.

What makes you most happy at work?
That I am a respected and valued member of the team. Rank and file do not come into play, everybody has a voice.
My immediate team is cohesive and supports each other well. The engineering team in general is also great about providing help and support.
