It's not terrible, but improvements really need to be made in benefits & salary, and staffing levels need to be increased.

My department is very overworked right now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary low compared to skills needed for position, way too much uncomped OT, better PTO needed, better match on 401k/faster vesting. We need unionization.
