I love that all of my healthcare is covered for myself and my husband. I also feel that my salary is fair given my position in and contribution to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our CMO is a thoughtful leader...one that drives us hard, but rewards and recognizes the efforts of star players on the team. I have learned a lot from him over my tenure and expect to continue to learn more!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team recognizes good, smart talent and will work with them to build their careers. Whether a good idea comes from their peer, or a manager on their team, they are willing to hear it out and put it into action, providing valuable experience for more junior members of the staff.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that we don't penalize failure, within reason. It is an environment where we are encouraged to try new things, and if it doesn't work, you're not fearing for your job. You have to walk away with learnings from the experience, but it not seen as a failure on your part as an employee.
