How flexible is your work schedule at Developer Media?

I only work half days. I can choose whichever 12 hours a day I want. Just kidding. It's flexible within reason. We are all accountable for our numbers and getting the job done but at the same time if you have a doctor's appointment, or need a day off you can do so. We are all mature, professional adults who are responsible for our own results and contributions to the team. Although I imagine if one were to take advantage of the situation, there may be concerns. At the moment the honor system works well.
