It could have been much better, if there were more incentives such as promotions
They are really nice and smart people
Learning new things and working on interesting products
Kind and hardworking people always trying to add value.
Being able to choose when and where to work
I would say encouraging everyone to learn (learning time, badges, etc.)
As I said previously, there is really no incentive other than salary
There is quite limited interaction with the leadership so it is hard to say anything
There is no clear career ladder and it is hard to set goals within the company.
I wish there was a clear career path and I wish I could work on to get promoted.
There is really no incentive to perform more or do more work. And there is also no career ladder and promotions. Under these conditions, it is in one's best interest to do just average.
