They are rockstars in the technology area. Every day I get to learn new things.

Most of the decisions are based on facts and data. I have not seen any emotional action.

Their controversial ideas and out of the box thinking. I think this is extraordinary. I will do my best to make them success.

It is a good rate as a start. I could make double if I could do a bit more programming but it's okay.
