What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really love the pay and boneses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay was cut 20%. In 2013, I received a raise of 10% and haven't had a raise since. In 2021, my pay was cut by 22%. So I'm now making substantially LESS than I was 10 years ago while the workload has increased.
If they took better care of the company and its employees instead of themselves then they wouldnt have to file chapter 11

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our rig has a good crew that works well together & supports each other.
They watch out for each other

Return the rig crew pay to a competetive level.
Treat everyone from the roustabout to the captain as if they are important

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Show that management values the rig crews. Stop increasing the workload as personnel quit to find better-paying jobs elsewhere.
