Increase the pay because we deserve it
Higher wages and flexible scheduling
I think it would be better if the manager were paid less and employees should be paid more

Lack of training. Crazy turn over.
The owner is dishonest and the managers are lazy
My manager is very lazy and does not do her job at all.
Either a lowering of price, or an increase in product quality.
