Mr. Michael C. Goergen, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Digi International Inc. since April 20, 2015 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Goergen served as Senior Vice President of Finance for the Transport Logistics division of Trimble Navigation Limited from April 2013 to March 2015, where he was instrumental in helping the division achieve consistent, profitable revenue growth. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at PeopleNet Communications Corporation since August 2007. He served as Executive Vice President at PeopleNet Communications Corporation since August 2007. He was with PeopleNet since 1997 and served as it' Controller as Vice President of Finance. He lead all International Finance and Accounting activities across PeopleNet Communications. He is instrumental in implementing the PeopleNet Communications 's current ERP system, streamlining procurement and order fulfillment and helping build its's financial strength. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
