What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lead. People are nervous and the culture of uncertainty that has been created is not something that instills confidence. When groups of hourly employees get replaced with additional executives level employees, while spending most, if not all the reserve cash, doesn't instill confidence.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everyone gets equity compensation at the company.
Salary and incentives are very competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cover more premium costs and out of pocket expenses. Value your people and show them, have a few catered meals, pick-up the tab once in a while.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are both collaborative and smart.
Diverse, friendly, and hardworking people.
Although we disagree sometimes we still maintain mutual respect

They are thorough with the process.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honest if the interview process is going to take 6 months to a year, in some cases longer, as a temp first.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the team and the challenges.
