  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Lead. People are nervous and the culture of uncertainty that has been created is not something that instills confidence. When groups of hourly employees get replaced with additional executives level employees, while spending most, if not all the reserve cash, doesn't instill confidence.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Cover more premium costs and out of pocket expenses. Value your people and show them, have a few catered meals, pick-up the tab once in a while.
  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
    Be honest if the interview process is going to take 6 months to a year, in some cases longer, as a temp first.
