I never know what might happen next, resulting in high anxiety
How's the feedback process at Digi International?
What feedback process? HR was supposed to release a new process this year, but never got it done. Now they can't figure out how to complete year end reviews.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Digi International?
The annual bonus is completely dependent on company profitability. HR and the hiring manager will say everything to indicate that the bonus is part of your total compensation, but never mention that you may never get it. It is a joke that they use it as a part of the calculation to determine you compensation.
