Executive Bio

Mr. David H. Sampsell, also known as Dave, has been Vice President of Corporate Development, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Digi International Inc. since January 2015 and April 2011 and served as its Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Digi International, Mr. Sampsell worked in the legal department of ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a global provider of telecommunications equipment and network integration services, since 1999. At ADC, he served as Associate General Counsel and overseeing legal work related to mergers, acquisitions, financings and other corporate transactions and serving as the Digi International's lead securities lawyer. Prior to his work at ADC, he was Corporate Attorney at Leonard, Street and Deinard, P.A. in Minneapolis, Minnesota from 1996 to 1999 and at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina from 1993 to 1996. He holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law.
