Goes the extra mile - have had excellent experiences. Incredible website. Ships fast. Cares about quality and reliability.
DigiKey customer service tends to strongly on focus the problem which can actually create additional problems. I recommend some basic training in problem solving for the CS staff. The focus needs to be on solutions. Please note that attitude is responsible for more than 90% of job performance.
