What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The toxic women managers are ruining the workforce. Nobody wants to work at a company where the management reminds you of the bullies that picked on you in high school. I'm female, and it was better when we had more men in management then what it currently is like with more females in management.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical is pretty good.
A great wage and very good benefits.
The health care we get is really great. But that's the only reason why i haven't left this company.

oh they tell you lost of things that make the job sound great. but then once you are in the job, it not so great.
Got to speak--process was all on phone--with a wide variety of professionals.
