What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hourly rate could be more but the actual benefits are fantastic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free coffee. Not frowned upon for taking a mental brain brake here and there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my co-workers can be chuckle heads and some meetings are not needed. That being said it's a good team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Job security. Having two days off in a row... I come from a background of commission having to work 6-days a week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management, leading all the way up to our CEO, is fantastic. They are willing to go the extra mile for us and we give them the same in return.
