It is very rare to receive a merit raise or bonus. They haven't even given raises to accommodate for the significant rise in cost of living over the past 2-3 years.
I feel that DMS does not meet the market standard for roles. They will often give title bumps without an equal pay increase. Our annual "merit" increase is not merit-based in any way and is actually more analogous to just a cost of living increase.
Feel undervalued for not having been offered a high pay. Receiving a higher pay would make anyone feel better.
No career goals, no career path, no career support, over worked, no plans to grow team, no support to build a team, people leave and we have to shoulder that burden in silence.
I do way more work than my role entails, and work may more hours, all while being paid the minimum amount. I would def care more if I was being paid fairly for my contributions.
