Everyone is highly focused and driven. I have never worked for a company so full of smart and motivated individuals. I am constantly impressed.

The ability to be autonomous and creative. I appreciate the fact that my leadership team has the confidence in me to do my work and do it well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are multiple employees and leaders that put in the extra effort to inspire those around them. The transition to a work from home model was challenging but I feel this company does everything it possibly can to motivate and inspire us regardless.
