I like that our leadership team is eager to grow and has good intentions for progress and continuous improvement.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers make me most happy. I also enjoy knowing I am helping others, which my role allows me to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that DMS does not meet the market standard for roles. They will often give title bumps without an equal pay increase. Our annual "merit" increase is not merit-based in any way and is actually more analogous to just a cost of living increase.
