What do you like best about the leadership team?
Servant leaders who lead fearlessly willing to support their teams to excel
Smart, passionate people doing big things. CEO is truly one of the most dynamic people I've worked with.
The Leadership Team works very hard in a fast-growing organization to keep the structure as flat as possible to encourage engagement and include new ideas from everyone.
All of the leaders are supportive of my professional growth and listen to my ideas.
The leadership cares about employee development, taking on work to improve public education, and creating an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need get better at staying calm
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get automatic payments to our 401K that equal a percentage of our salary, which is a great start to building a retirement.
Great for a non-profit and include good health, dental and 401K

What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse team that is willing to be open and collaborate for the good of whole
Love my team. Smart, funny and driven. When work is intense, I can always count on them for support and take pleasure in being able to support them.
The team desires to serve the public, especially those that are marginalized. That is a great environment in which to work. They are also very knowledgeable and qualified in their field.
Everyone at Digital Promise is high performing and great at what they do. I feel like I am challenged by my peers professionally, and I like working with them!
Our team rocks. Talented, fun and hardworking.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all working to improve the lives of young people and create a level playing field for everyone. That, combined with awesome co-workers, makes for a pretty great environment.
The staff is good about helping each other.
We have lots of fun activities to celebrate birthdays, weddings, babies, etc. The committee is very creative at coming up with unique foods and themes.
That we're doing meaningful work, led by a passionate and inspiring CEO.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a casual but serious conversation. An exciting sharing of ideas.
I was grateful to have spoken to the person I was taking over for, the person I would be reporting to, and another senior leader in the company.
The interviews were casual and conversational.
That I only had to come in twice!
