Andrew P. Power is the Chief Financial Officer of Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (the ???Company???). Prior to joining the Company, he served as Managing Director of the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, he was employed by Citigroup, where he held similar positions. He was part of the lead underwriting team that advised the Company on its initial public offering in 2004 and served as a Lead Manager on nearly every subsequent public capital raise. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University.
