Very generous for the size of the company.

Compensation package is competitive and fair. They definitely pay for performance!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions are biased with no formal career roadmap, annual increases can be as low as 1% even if your overall performance was Above Expectations or Had a Significant Business Impact, salaries are below market for many positions, and over lack of recognition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passionate and hard working team
Smart, proactive, great work ethic, know their job extremely well and what is expected (subject matter experts), and generally pleasant and authentic people.

working from home is pretty flexible now
Fast paced, demanding but rewarding work

Teams work in silos. Communication amongst departments is poor and limited resources. Continually asked to do more with existing resources.
