The company has fairly good benefits like unlimited PTO for all employees however, typically in certain departments you are far too busy to ever take a vacation. Recently, employer contributions to health insurance was drastically reduced and annual increases can be as low as 1%.

Teams work in silos. Communication amongst departments is poor and limited resources. Continually asked to do more with existing resources.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, proactive, great work ethic, know their job extremely well and what is expected (subject matter experts), and generally pleasant and authentic people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions are biased with no formal career roadmap, annual increases can be as low as 1% even if your overall performance was Above Expectations or Had a Significant Business Impact, salaries are below market for many positions, and over lack of recognition.
