Mr. Edward F. Sham served as Controller of Digital Realty Trust Inc., General Partner of Digital Realty Trust, L.P. since September 2005 until May 2016 and served its Senior Vice President since December 2010 until May 2016. Mr. Sham serves as a Chief Accounting Officer of Digital Realty Trust Inc. since May 2016. He served as a Vice President of Digital Realty Trust Inc. since September 21, 2005 until November 2010. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Catellus Development Corporation (Catellus) since April 2004. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Catellus Development Corp. From March 1998 to March 2004, Mr. Sham served as Assistant Controller of Catellus Development Corporation. He joined Catellus in March 1998. From 1997 to 1998, he served as a Controller of Bay Apartment Communities, Inc. (now, Avalon-Bay REIT). From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Sham served as Portfolio Controller of the west coast regional office of Connor Realty Advisors, Inc., and from 1990 to 1996, he was with the accounting firm Ernst & Young, LLP, as an Audit Manager in the real estate group. Mr. Sham received a Bachelor of Science degree from San Francisco State University and is a member of AICPA and California CPA society.
