Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
why: opinion of my structure is underestimated sometimes, even at crucial desicions. and my salary is lower than at market. what: definition of roles and responsabilities among executive team. and increasing salary on 20%.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperative, customer centric and give their best in worst conditions
