Senior leadership is awful. They joke that they just stuck around and happened to be promoted (trying to sound self-deprecating) but's it's true. Also, Digitas is the kind of place where they pride themselves on stabbing people in the chest.
Coworkers need to improve their support between each other.

How flexible is your work schedule at Digitas?
It was pretty flexible as long as things were done on time
What's the office vibe like at Digitas?
Culture is great, HR does a great job at keeping things fun but the problem is in leadership, which ends up adding a toxic vibe. Then the general culture isn't as relevant anymore if you're unhappy with management and creates a very toxic dynamic. It's very unfortunate, I met great people at Digitas and really wanted to love it.
How are the managers at Digitas?
