What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything - it's the most insular, immature and self-absorbed group of people I've ever had the misfortune to work with.
Review the skill of their team and invest in their training to improve their knowledge and performance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
work environment is just awesome
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation paid is less and the appraisal process is not transparent and non-motivating.

No one likes being at Digitas.
Coworkers need to improve their support between each other.

There is nothing positive about the culture

Improve the people management skills and cut red tapism.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make the interview process simple, transparent where deserving candidate gets selected based on the merit and not on the basis of favoritism.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too expensive compared to the competition
Bad culture needs to be improved and office politics needs to be removed.

Getting regular salary on time every month in the bank account.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
No office politics, good culture and getting good appraisal every year.
