Training mangers to do their jobs and protect employees from discriminatory behavior.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA dollars from company, stock match, decent health benefits and premium discounts if you participate in the wellness programs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More transparency. The whole process is very opaque and questions are not encouraged, even though it becomes clearer after some pressing that there are salary bands. More equality as well. Dimensional treats some people like superstars and ignores others, even when their contributions are similar.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All decisions are made by a few. The legal team is the worst
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less culture theatre and less meetings about meetings.
Manager creates culture of fear and imbues own neurosis in staff. So everyone acts from a place of fear--not teamwork or helping each other succeed. Manager allows employees to divert from his directives, will not correct errant employees and leans very hard on those that do good work to compensate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work with many kind and intelligent people.
The office is nice, but the art is tacky
CEOs want to provide competitive benefits to employees and do on many levels.

Manager is not a leader and allows substandard performance and behavioral issues to go unaddressed.
