More transparency. The whole process is very opaque and questions are not encouraged, even though it becomes clearer after some pressing that there are salary bands. More equality as well. Dimensional treats some people like superstars and ignores others, even when their contributions are similar.
All decisions are made by a few. The legal team is the worst
Less culture theatre and less meetings about meetings.
Manager creates culture of fear and imbues own neurosis in staff. So everyone acts from a place of fear--not teamwork or helping each other succeed. Manager allows employees to divert from his directives, will not correct errant employees and leans very hard on those that do good work to compensate.
Work with many kind and intelligent people.
The office is nice, but the art is tacky
