Shorten it. Too many interviews.
Poor leadership and overreaching managers with no checks in place.
Senior leadership get the shadow stock benefits. Worker bees get the crumbs.
Negative. This has been the worst year of my life professionally.
DFA is insular and treats employees as "overhead"
Everything is great on the surface. The people are mostly nice, buildings are shiny and new, decent benefits, etc. The longer you work here, the more you'll realize that the company is desperate to keep up appearances of success and not actually interested in innovating and listening to employees.
