Overall I enjoy Direct Supply. They take care of partners and give us flexibility to do our jobs and support our lives outside of work. The interview process is one of the more challenging ones I have experienced. The phone interview and in person interview are too long and drawn out in my opinion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits and 401K are the best part of total compensation.

They are very well educated on our industry and advocating for the lives of Seniors.

Knowing that the work I am doing is directly improving the lives of senior citizens in America, and I am truly making their homes and lives better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to work hard to get the job done. We embrace the "work hard, play hard" mentality, and we are supported by leadership in achieving our goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is very collaborative and filled with high performers that are willing to work hard to get the job done, but we also celebrate successes. Everyone embraces the culture at Direct Supply.
