There is no sense of entitlement. Every executive treats employees as partners and will give everyone the time and attention they deserve.

The employee stock program and the ability to invest in the company to generate wealth and feel like you are a part of something special is the best part of our compensation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed that I got to meet a ton of fellow partners. It was a thorough and tough/long interview process, but you get to learn about the company a ton because of that.
