There is no pressure to be in an office or on camera. As long as the work is getting done properly everything is good.

There was only one day of interviews and everyone who needed to take part was involved. I was also given a quick turn around.

The start time adjustment is great as well as the Make Meetings Matter initiative to have everyone required in attendance and have a meeting agenda.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues are extremely collegial and smart and willing to help with any issues. There is also a great amount of flexibility in my day to day work life.
