We have been told there is going to be an analysis on our wages. I'm confident from looking at other salaries that are published that we overall make less in almost every position i the Training Department. I appreciate my job but I think we should have equal compensation as other companies.

I have interviewed for several positions over the past year and feel like I had to be on my toes. Different managers do it differently. I have also interviewed employees for openings and can see the value in the way the process is done. I have no complaints as I believe we do our due diligence.
