I really enjoy the camaraderie we have within the company. I'm very close with my co-workers and even with my team leader. I'm happy with the atmosphere and relationships at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really work together and help each other out. We don't let anyone on the team fall we are constantly helping each other to make sure we succeed not as individuals only but also as a team and it's really great to have that at your job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great and is always very encouraging and very kind and fair! Most of the leadership is extremely encouraging to all employees and I really enjoy the bonuses we receive for different things going on within the company. And Leadership really pushes me positively to reach full potential
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is constant encouragement and positivity everyday at my work. We are always encouraged to reach our full potential and we are never put down for coming short of goals or anything like that we are only encouraged to do better and told what we could do to do better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the benefits are too costly especially given the fact that there are a lot of things that aren't covered and a whole lot of co-pays and percentages that have to be paid out of pocket. I think the out-of-pocket should be less and I think the cost of the benefits should be less to me.
