Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my pay rate is a little low
Poor pay, Insurance is laughable, need a $5000 deductible before using. No staff, no Agency Nursing allowed to help, and again...for the extremely hard work we do we are appreciated with a $15 gift yearly
Only negative feedback, night shift tends for itself. No support from administration
Not paid on the years of experience I have nor the number of years I have my license. I would feel better if I was paid basic my experience
Pay raises were frozen this year, so we did not get our yearly raise and I already believe I'm low paid.
