What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to improve morale. Learn to speak to others with kindness and empathy.
Support, mental stability as well as the ability to train and retain.
Does constructive mean lie? Because to be constructive would mean as the CEO, you come work in all your homes and look for YOURSELF!
Staffing, supplies, pay and time off
More focus on patient needs and better customer service skills
