What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay scale that is not competitive, lack of sipport from middle management specifically, Chadity Doss, who is negative, unsupportive and mentally unstable.
Accountability, constancy, appreciation. mandated staff and pay scale, better benefits would be a wonderful start to getting good workers which improves better care.
Lots of negativity, harrassment when trying to take a day off or vacation
Better pay more staff & more focus on the resident needs & safety
I live far away so the drive each day which cannot be improved unless I move.
