Accountability, constancy, appreciation. mandated staff and pay scale, better benefits would be a wonderful start to getting good workers which improves better care.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Does constructive mean lie? Because to be constructive would mean as the CEO, you come work in all your homes and look for YOURSELF!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have the CEO and every person below him come to HIS facilities and follow a Nurse or CNA for a day...This will answer all your questions!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
All online and difficult. 2 weeks before you can walk in, most people get other jobs while waiting this 2 week period ( I was hired before this company ruined us)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor pay, Insurance is laughable, need a $5000 deductible before using. No staff, no Agency Nursing allowed to help, and again...for the extremely hard work we do we are appreciated with a $15 gift yearly
