My co workers are the most positive and the residents I work with

I live far away so the drive each day which cannot be improved unless I move.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I only know the local leadership the higher ups have never spoken to me or been in my area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raises were frozen this year, so we did not get our yearly raise and I already believe I'm low paid.
