Poor pay, Insurance is laughable, need a $5000 deductible before using. No staff, no Agency Nursing allowed to help, and again...for the extremely hard work we do we are appreciated with a $15 gift yearly

All online and difficult. 2 weeks before you can walk in, most people get other jobs while waiting this 2 week period ( I was hired before this company ruined us)

Pay scale that is not competitive, lack of sipport from middle management specifically, Chadity Doss, who is negative, unsupportive and mentally unstable.
Accountability, constancy, appreciation. mandated staff and pay scale, better benefits would be a wonderful start to getting good workers which improves better care.
Lots of negativity, harrassment when trying to take a day off or vacation
